It has demonstrated effectiveness against a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses, such as norovirus and viruses similar to coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) on hard, non-porous surfaces.

Therefore Foster® First Defense 40-97 EU Disinfectant can be used against coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Norovirus on hard, non-porous surfaces.

Foster® First Defense 40-97 EU Disinfectant Concentrate (dilution according to application) is a complete, chemically balanced disinfectant and sanitizer that provides clear use solutions even in the presence of hard water.

Use in schools, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, nursing homes, day care centers, transportation terminals, and other public and institutional facilities. Use on washable hard, nonporous surfaces of tables, countertops, cabinets, chairs, floors, walls, desks, doorknobs, showers, sinks, and other non-porous surfaces such as metal and finished woodwork, as well as coils and drain pans of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and heat pumps.
